Wastewater Treatment Flocculants

SimpleFloc outperforms commodity flocculants, especially in challenging wastewater, using up to 90% less polyacrylamide (PAM). Reduce your CAPEX, OPEX, and simplify your operations by making the switch.

Advanced Chemistry:
Your New Competitive Advantage

SimpleFloc is a CarboNet product built our NanoNet platform, a proprietary library of molecular agents that can sequester particles in water 10x more efficiently than industry norms at a fraction of the price.

LOWER YOUR

Regulatory risk

Cut millions in regulatory fines

Chemical spend

Reduce cost-to-treat by up to 50%

Operating expenses

Increase crew efficiency and reduce down time

Equipment expenses

Prolong existing infra, increase throughput

“We cut suspended solids by 18% and polymer by 90%, then cut out make-down, which also saved our crew hours a week not messing with dosing.“

Food Operator, California

“Within two hours of introducing CarboNet’s solution into the system, not only did the tanks start to clean up, with contaminants breaking loose from the walls, we were suddenly seeing stronger floc and our volumes went up to 85,000 barrels of water a day.“

Dave Williams, O&G Operator

“It’s the most technologically innovative water treatment application I have laid eyes on this decade. It has been excellent in helping us operate within spec, and in simplifying our overall process. It’s the difference between a system that just meets regulations and one that’s set up to accelerate and scale.”

The NanoNet Platform

NanoNets power CarboNet formulations at the molecular level to improve clarity, reduce waste, and accelerate water treatment across systems.

NanoNet flocculants drain faster and more completely—even at lower doses—compared to traditional polymers. The chemistry simplifies prep and holds up when flow, solids, or equipment conditions shift.

The result: CarboNet products are more consistent, reliable, and cost-effective.

Science for your COO, savings for your CFO.

CarboNet chemistry improves water clarity, dramatically reducing TSS in wastewater. Lower TSS means less fouling, less wasted labor, and fewer permit breaches—saving some producers millions in fines alone.

FAQ

How is SimpleFloc different from standard polyacrylamide?
Standard polyacrylamide works by polymer bridging alone — it grabs particles and links them together. SimpleFloc adds NanoNets to that mechanism. NanoNets lower total polymer demand and produce stronger, more consistent flocs. The practical result is a lower dose to achieve the same or better effluent quality, which reduces chemical spend, sludge volume, and the load on downstream dewatering equipment.

Do I need special equipment to use SimpleFloc?
No. SimpleFloc products work with your existing make-down equipment. We can also help you eliminate make-down with gel formulations when desired. Gels are pre-activated and can be dosed neat or diluted inline. Our field team of specialists will ensure we configure dosing to meet your unique site's requirements, and optimize performance for your KPIs.
